The time and cost computed above are what it takes us to do an excellent job in your home. When you engage Kalee's Cleaning Service to clean your home, you can count on receiving world-class customer service and our exacting standards of excellence each and every time we clean your home.
At Kalee's Cleaning Service, the consistently biggest hindrance to house cleaning work quality is client budgetary constraints. We have to have the time required to do the job right. A professionally cleaned home should be an experience. We have found that picking and choosing portions of a house to clean and portions to keep dirty leads to a general decrease in client satisfaction. Cutting cost by minimizing the time we spend in your house is contrary to our culture of excellence and makes us look and feel mediocre. For this reason, we will not divide up a floor in your home though we will cut out an entire floor of your home to meet your budgetary requirements.
We list three different prices because:
- The first time our maids clean any house, significantly more time is devoted to getting the house into a maintainable condition. We do not make exceptions to this policy since doing so generally leads to everyone involved being frustrated.
- When you get a house cleaning on our recurring maid service schedule, we spend a less time on each house cleaning because you have already invested in getting your home into great shape. Your grout already has been well scrubbed, your baseboards have had all the build up taken off, and what took three rags to dust now only takes one.
- Move out house cleanings differ from first & regular cleanings. They include wiping the inside of all closets & cabinets, spot cleaning walls, hand wiping previously hidden base boards, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator & freezer, and starting the self-cleaner on your oven.
