When you ask us to clean an area of your home, we clean everything in that area. From the tops of fan blades & fixtures to the corners of the floor, our cleaning team leaders inspect for every detail.
Your first cleaning is a time for the team to meet with you, familiarize themselves with your home & requirements & all normal cleaning items. In addition, the team will hand wipe all light switch plates, window sills, doors & door frames, cabinets & base boards & will take extra time to get your home as perfect as possible.
Each of our cleanings is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any element of your cleaning service, we will return the next day and re-clean it.
All of your standing special requests are adhered to (thanks to our state-of-the-art data system) & one time requests conveyed verbally or through a note are always happily attended to.
